Commercial Cleaner

Location: Bay Area, CA
Job Type: FT/PT (Days, Evenings and some Weekends).

Responsibilities:

  • Vacuuming carpets and floors.
  • Mopping hard surface floors.
  • Dusting furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Emptying trash bins and replacing liners.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms.
  • Wiping down surfaces (desks, countertops, tables).
  • Cleaning windows and glass surfaces.
  • Restocking supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper).
  • Spot cleaning walls and removing marks.
  • Polishing metal surfaces and fixtures.
  • Cleaning and maintaining break room areas.
  • Disinfecting high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, light switches).
  • Sweeping outdoor areas and entryways.
  • Reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards.
  • Following proper safety protocols and using appropriate cleaning chemicals.
  • Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
  • Sanitize and restock restrooms.
  • Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
  • Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Physical stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
  • Attention to detail: Keen eye for spotting areas that need cleaning or attention.
  • Time management: Efficiently organizing tasks to complete all required duties within allotted timeframes.
