Commercial Cleaner
Location: Bay Area, CA
Job Type: FT/PT (Days, Evenings and some Weekends).
Responsibilities:
- Vacuuming carpets and floors.
- Mopping hard surface floors.
- Dusting furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Emptying trash bins and replacing liners.
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms.
- Wiping down surfaces (desks, countertops, tables).
- Cleaning windows and glass surfaces.
- Restocking supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper).
- Spot cleaning walls and removing marks.
- Polishing metal surfaces and fixtures.
- Cleaning and maintaining break room areas.
- Disinfecting high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, light switches).
- Sweeping outdoor areas and entryways.
- Reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards.
- Following proper safety protocols and using appropriate cleaning chemicals.
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Sanitize and restock restrooms.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Physical stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Attention to detail: Keen eye for spotting areas that need cleaning or attention.
- Time management: Efficiently organizing tasks to complete all required duties within allotted timeframes.
- Reliability: Consistently showing up on time and completing assigned tasks.
